Roasted Fresh, Every Single Order

We roast every day at our Devon roastery, and every bag is guaranteed to ship within six days of roasting — so it arrives right at the start of its peak flavour window.

Coffee is at its best between 5 and 21 days after roasting. We print the roast date on every bag so you always know exactly where you are in that window. Most companies roast in bulk and hold stock because it’s cheaper. We think fresh coffee is worth the extra effort — and once you’ve tasted the difference, you will too.

Our Roasters Club Classic sends 250g of a single coffee each month from £9.95. The Duo gives you two 125g bags side by side for comparison. The Discovery pairs two contrasting coffees so you can explore different origins and develop your palate. Or build your own with the Subscription Builder — choose your coffee, grind size, bag weight and delivery frequency exactly how you like it.

Every bag is packed in home-compostable packaging and posted letterbox-friendly, so there's never a missed delivery.

What do you get in a coffee subscription?

Each delivery includes a freshly roasted bag of coffee and a beautifully printed tasting card detailing the origin, producer story and flavour profile of your coffee. The tasting cards make a great collection as you explore different coffees over time.

Is the delivery letterbox friendly?

Yes. All Coffee Factory subscription bags are packed to fit through a standard UK letterbox, so there’s no need to wait in or arrange redelivery.

Can I cancel my coffee subscription at any time?

Yes — there’s no minimum term and no lock-in. Cancel, pause or skip any delivery from your online account or our mobile app. We also send an email 3 days before each order is due so you can make changes before it’s processed.

How frequently can I receive my coffee subscription?

We offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly delivery frequencies. You can change your frequency at any time through your account portal.

What coffee subscription options are available?

We offer four styles: Roasters Club Classic (250g of one coffee), Duo (two 125g bags), Discovery (two contrasting coffees to compare), and the Subscription Builder where you choose your own coffee, size and grind. All are available as whole bean or pre-ground.

What grind sizes do you offer?

We can grind for filter (V60/drip), AeroPress, stovetop/Moka pot, or espresso. We always recommend whole bean where possible — coffee stays freshest when ground just before brewing — but we’re happy to pre-grind if that works better for you.

Does the subscription include free delivery?

Yes. All coffee subscriptions include free UK delivery. You’ll also earn 3 reward points for every £1 spent, redeemable against future orders and exclusive subscriber perks.

How do rewards work as a subscriber?

Subscribers earn 3 points for every £1 spent, redeemable for discount vouchers or complimentary products. Subscribers also get early access to exclusive coffees and seasonal releases.
