Who selects the coffee each month?
Our in-house roasting team handpicks each month's Discovery coffee based on quality, seasonal availability, and flavour distinctiveness. Every selection must score at least 84 SCA points.
Is Discovery suitable for espresso or just filter?
Both — grind type is selectable at checkout. However, because Discovery coffees are roasted lighter, they tend to shine brightest through filter, pour-over, or AeroPress brewing, which better highlights their complex origin flavours.
