We Roast Every Day

We roast daily at our Devon roastery — not once a week, not in batches. Order before 9am and your coffee ships the same day. After 9am and it goes out the next morning. Either way, your coffee is never more than 3–4 days off the roast when it arrives.

Whole Bean or Ground to Your Spec

Every 1kg coffee is available as whole bean — perfect if you grind fresh before each brew — or pre-ground to one of our standard grind sizes: espresso, filter, cafetière, or AeroPress. Not sure which grind to choose? Drop us a message and we'll point you in the right direction.

Between 19% and 31% depending on the coffee. Black Bear, Big Red and Daily Brew are £31.95 per kilo, against £43.80 for four 250g bags, a saving of £11.85 (27%). Seasonal Decaf saves 31%, and our single origins save 26% to 29%.

Is delivery free on 1kg coffee?

Yes. Delivery is free on coffee orders over 1kg, and you can mix and match bags to reach it. Order before 9am on a working day for same day dispatch. After 9am, your order goes out the next working day.

How many coffees does a 1kg bag of coffee beans make?

A 1kg bag of coffee beans makes approximately:

  • 120-140 single espresso shots (based on 7-8g per shot).
  • 100-120 cups of filter coffee, depending on brew method.
  • 80-100 cups for stronger brews like French press.

Do you offer 1kg ground coffee?

Yes. Our 1kg coffee is available in whole bean or fresh ground coffee for your brewing method (espresso, filter, French press and more). Simply select your grind size when you order.

Yes. A coffee subscription means you never run out. Choose your roast, grind and delivery frequency for fresh coffee on your schedule.
