Meet Dorothy and Penny

At the heart of our roastery are Dorothy and Penny — our two vintage Probat drum roasters. These beautifully restored machines have been roasting coffee for decades. Watch them work their magic in person. There's nothing quite like the smell of freshly roasted coffee filling the room as a batch comes off the drum.
