What Makes Coffee 'Specialty'?

Specialty coffee scores 80 or more on the Specialty Coffee Association's 100-point scale. We set our bar higher and only buy coffee scoring 82 points or more, through specialist importers with direct, long-term relationships with the farms they work with. Every lot is traceable back to its origin, its farm and its process, and we taste every new coffee on our cupping table before it goes on sale.

Roasted Fresh, Delivered Fast

Every bag is roasted to order in our Devon roastery. Order before 9am on a working day and we dispatch the same day. Choose your grind to match your brewer: espresso, filter, French press, Aeropress or whole bean. New single origins rotate throughout the year, so there is always something new to discover. Delivery is free on coffee orders over 1kg.
