What is the minimum order to open a trade account?

6kg per order. Once you're a trade customer, you can adjust volumes to suit your business — including seasonal changes for tourism and hospitality.

Do you deliver to our area?

We run a personal weekly delivery route from Axminster along the Jurassic Coast — Lyme Regis, Seaton, Beer, Sidmouth, Exmouth and Exeter — then back through Honiton, Chard and Bridport. For businesses outside that route, we ship to any mainland UK address via courier.

Do you offer coffee machine rental as well as supply?

Yes. We supply espresso machines and bean-to-cup machines on purchase, lease or rental — matched to your volume and service style. Call us to discuss which option suits your business.

Do you provide barista training?

Yes — free on-site barista training is available to trade customers within a 60-mile radius of our Axminster roastery. We come to you, so your team trains on their own machines in their own environment.

Can we try the coffee before committing?

Absolutely. You're welcome to visit us at our Axminster roastery for a tasting — just call ahead so someone is around. We can also arrange samples to be sent before you open an account.

Is there a delivery charge?

A small delivery charge applies for orders under 12kg. Orders of 12kg or more are delivered free on our standard routes.

What if we need coffee urgently at the weekend?
