We provide weekly, fortnightly, and monthly coffee subscription options. After setting it up, you can effortlessly change your delivery date and frequency by logging into your account.

How do rewards work as a subscriber?

Subscribers earn 3 points for every £1 spent which can be redeemed for discount vouchers or complimentary products in the future. Additionally, subscribers enjoy early access to exclusive perks and rewards.

What varieties of coffee are offered with the subscription? 

We provide subscriptions to cater to various brewing techniques and taste preferences. Among these are options for decaf, espresso, and filter coffees, as well as coffee pods and cold brew.

Does the Coffee Factory also sell ground coffee in addition to coffee beans?

Yes, we do. While we strongly recommend grinding your coffee fresh at home our Roastery team can pre-grind your coffee. We offer grind sizes for filters, AeroPress, Stovetop and espresso. Check our our selection of home grinders.

Does the subscription cost include coffee delivery?

Yes. All coffee subscriptions include free delivery within the UK,  and have access to a wide range of perks through our rewards programme.

Can I amend or skip a monthly coffee subscription?

Yes. Simply login to the customer portal online or through our mobile app and skip your delivery. We'll also send you an email 3 days before your order is set to pull through, with a one-tap option to skip or change your next delivery date.

How does a coffee subscription work?

Choose your plan and preferred coffee (or let us surprise you each month). We roast your order fresh after it's placed and ship within 1–2 working days. Your subscription renews automatically — you can skip, pause, or cancel any time from your account with no fees.

What coffees are available on subscription?

Our coffee subscriptions include single origin coffees from Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala and beyond, as well as espresso blends, filter blends, and decaf. You can receive whole beans or specify a grind — espresso, filter, cafetière, or Aeropress — and we grind to order.

Can I get a ground coffee subscription?

Yes. When setting up your subscription you can choose whole beans or select your preferred grind. Because we grind to order your coffee arrives as fresh as possible, whichever option you choose.

Is there free delivery on coffee subscriptions in the UK?

Yes — all orders over £25 qualify for free UK delivery, and most of our subscription plans meet that threshold automatically. We deliver coffee subscriptions to all mainland UK addresses, with most orders arriving within 2–3 working days of roasting.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can skip a delivery, pause your subscription, or cancel at any time from your customer account. There are no minimum terms and no cancellation fees.
