Colombia & Brazil — A Classic Pairing

Daily Brew draws on two of the world's most celebrated coffee-producing countries. Colombia and Brazil together account for around half of the world's specialty coffee supply — and for good reason.

Colombian coffee grows on steep Andean slopes at altitudes between 1,500 and 2,000 metres, where cool temperatures slow the cherry's development and concentrate its natural sugars. The Caturra and Typica varietals grown here bring clean sweetness, structured body and the caramel and plum notes in Daily Brew's cup profile.

Brazilian beans, grown across the rolling hills of Minas Gerais and São Paulo, add rounded cocoa depth and the smooth, low-acid body that makes this blend so easy to drink every day. Both origins are processed using the washed method — removing the fruit before drying — which preserves the clarity and clean finish that defines Daily Brew.
