Multiple smallholder farms from the Cundinamarca region contribute towards Coffee Viani.
The main contributors being Sr Gerero from Santa Rosa farm, Sr Ulex from El Refugio farm and Sr Piraquive from Campo Hermoso. Cundinamarca region experiences warm, temperate and cold thermal floors which offer great possibilities in the diversification of its Castillo and Colombia Varietals grown here. The cherries once picked are transported to the main collection centre in Antioquia region, run by Sr Joseel of the Racafe group. Here they are depulped and fermented for 48 hours, and Once 10,000 to 13,000 kg of Coffee has been collected, it is transported via truck to Bogota drymill, where it will be cupped for quality and exported to distributors.
